Nexus Intelligence

Turn connected information into work your team can review.

Use Nexus Intelligence in recurring workflows or describe a new objective. Bring approved business information and tools together to support the task.

Examples on this page are illustrative. Supported capabilities and availability are confirmed during scoping.

Two ways to put Intelligence to work

Two ways to put Intelligence to work.

Nexus-defined workflows support recurring operational tasks. Customer-defined objectives begin with the result you want to create.

For either approach, agree the information, tools, output and review requirements before use.

02 / NEXUS-DEFINED WORKFLOWS

Prepare an explanation for an invoice question.

Information used: An invoice, supporting delivery tickets and the customer’s email.

“The invoice records 24 cubic yards across three deliveries. Ticket DT-620 accounts for the final 8 yards. The supporting tickets match the invoice quantity.”

Result: A draft explanation connecting the invoiced quantity to the delivery records.

Your next step: A billing specialist checks the explanation and supporting evidence before responding to the customer.

Illustrative example using invented data. Preparing a draft does not authorize sending a message or adjusting an account.

03 / CUSTOMER-DEFINED OBJECTIVES

Explore a project concept.

Information used: Approved plans, site photos and a defined presentation objective.

PHASE 04 / 04 · ENVELOPEThe enclosed massing shows how the finished project sits on the 280 × 170 ft site.

Illustrative result: A concept presentation with proposed views, assumptions and questions to resolve.

Your next step: Review the concept before sharing it or developing it further.

Illustrative experience. Supported tools and formats require confirmation. A visual concept is not editable BIM or an engineering-ready deliverable.

Connected information becomes work you can review.

04 / NEXUS INTELLIGENCE

Define the scope. Keep review and authority clear.

Confirm the supported inputs, tools, output format and availability for your workflow. Agree who reviews the result and which actions require separate approval.

Document model-provider access, retention and training terms for the selected deployment. Included usage and any additional charges are specified in the approved proposal.

FAQ

Nexus Intelligence questions.

More answers on the FAQ page.

01Does Nexus offer reporting and analytics?

Yes. Nexus Intelligence gathers data from your connected systems and offers unified reporting, exception detection and a built-in assistant that answers plain-language questions inside Nexus Apps. You can choose general insights, predictive analytics or the full assistant.

02I already have a data platform. Do I need to replace it?

No. If your data platform already holds trusted datasets and definitions, start there. Nexus can be evaluated as the operational application and workflow layer around that investment. Scope the actual integration before assuming a native connector.

03Is it safe to let an automated program post to my books?

It should be, if it is set up with clear limits. Reading, drafting and posting are different permissions, and a posting or adjustment should have its own authorization rule enforced by the connected systems. We start narrow, review the results and expand only with evidence.

04Does Nexus offer private AI deployment?

Nexus offers private deployment options that are scoped with your IT requirements. Private can mean a dedicated environment, a private network path, customer-controlled infrastructure or specific data handling terms, so we walk through where your data is stored, where the model runs, who has access and what is retained.
